PADDOCK SWEEPING This takes the hard work out of one of the most dreaded jobs for the average horse owner. The added benefit of mechanical sweeping is that it breaks up and lightens the dung which is a great aid to composting. Once composted, this valuable source of nutrient and organic matter can be spread back onto the field, reducing the need for compound fertilizers and soil conditioners.
